Quite the Pair

Home Accessories and Furnishings After consulting with Adrienne’s mother, Jo Ann Norton, the two hatched a plan for what is now Quite the Pair.

Mother and Daughter Duo Become Quite the Pair

Adrienne Norton Bell and daughter Rebecca Bell Hall had discussed for years how Montgomery was missing something. When decorating their homes and helping family and friends do the same, they could never find a place to shop that met all of their needs. In early 2013, the mother daughter team decided that they were both at a place in their lives that allowed for this dream to become reality. Their business goal was to bring unique, affordable home decor to Montgomery so that you, your neighbor and best friend did not all have the exact same things! They wanted to create a place of comfort, a fun and inspiring store that delivers a personal shopping experience. After months of searching, they found THE spot! The McLemore Plantation building offered a perfect place to call home! This space allowed for the addition of a women’s boutique, as well as room for custom furniture painting and classes. When August rolled around, the doors were open for business. Their dream was finally happening! With the support of family, friends and Facebook, their first 6 months have been an amazing success. When we asked Adrienne her favorite part of the business, she was quick to respond, "Making new friends and sharing my love for unique and beautiful things." Rebecca really enjoys "working with my mother, the challenge of bringing different items to QTP, helping customers find that special piece and our custom furniture painting service."

WE’RE MOVING… NOT CLOSING! ❤️

After more than 13 wonderful years of calling our current location home, QTP is getting ready for a new chapter!

And before the rumors get started… NO, we’re not closing! You’re not getting rid of us that easily! 😉

Our little shop has been home to so many wonderful memories, friendships, projects, and customers who have become like family. We have loved every minute of making this space our own, and leaving it will certainly be bittersweet.

But sometimes a new opportunity comes along that just makes sense, and we couldn’t be more excited to share that QTP is joining forces with Montgomery Antiques & Interiors!

By bringing our businesses together, we’re looking forward to helping create even more of a one-stop shop for beautiful interiors, furnishings, accessories, and all those little things that make a house feel like home.

Andrew and his entire team have been incredibly welcoming, patient, and supportive as we’ve worked through this transition, and we are so thankful for their enthusiasm and encouragement.

Most importantly, we’re hopeful this move will give us more flexibility and time to do what we love most — helping YOU! Whether it’s finding that perfect piece, pulling a room together, or helping with a project in your home, we’re still here and looking forward to doing even more.

We don’t have an official moving date just yet, but we’re working hard behind the scenes and will keep you updated along the way.

So this isn’t goodbye. It’s more of a “Well, hello there! What can we help you with next?” ❤️

Same QTP. Same familiar faces. Same love for what we do. Just a new place to find us!

We can’t wait for this next chapter, and we hope you’ll come along with us!

With love and excitement,

Rebecca & Adrienne

Behind every cute home décor store is at least one exhausted family, a mountain of cardboard, a few sweaty shirts, someone asking, “Where does this go?”, and one person pretending they’re not about to throw their back out. 😂

The pretty displays don’t happen by magic. They happen because of a village. For almost 13 years we couldn’t have done it without ours. And we couldn’t stay open without you.

Thank you for supporting local businesses—you truly make all the hard, hot, dirty work worth it.

As a reminder we are open Tuesday-Thursday 10-5.
