Wall below the butcher block had to be painted in black. Prep work is so so important and in this case the butcher block wasn’t protected before the previous painters painted the walls leaving paint and other things on top the butcher block that I tried my best to clean and get off without damaging it. With all that being said I still like how the butcher block came out.

Contractor called me and explained that he needed a lot of work done so the house could go on the market. There was lots of imperfections in the walls and ceilings that would definitely keep the house from selling. We re mudded sanded and fixed all the walls and ceilings and we painted the walls in a color called stardew. All the trim doors and baseboards were painted in semi gloss white and all ceilings were in a flat white. All new trim was installed by Urban Improvements, LLC because the trim before needed a lot of work. This definitely was rougher than we expected but end results came out beautiful!

Walls painted in bright white and the only thing left was to freshen up the floors so cleaned them good scraped sanded and applied two coats of epoxy in the color fashionable grey. Customer didn’t want any flake on this just a solid color and that definitely brought it all together

Customer wanted the bricks protected so scrapped off all the parts where moisture had occurred and put a loxon water blocking primer over all the brick and then a top coat of semi gloss to make it pop. Nice and clean. Next is the floors

Before pics up top followed by after pics below. Customer wanted all the ceilings painted in a bright white since they were discolored and had black stains all over them. The main living area they wanted painted in cream and the primary bedroom and second guest bedroom they painted in a color called balanced beige! Came out beautiful and customer was satisfied!
