Another Friday is finally here! This week we fixed a couple roofs, installed some doors, railings, and light fixtures. Cleaned and services some gutters, installed a mailbox, repaired a vinyl fence, corrected the ventilation in an attic, and did some pre-winter inspections.
It's been another great week.
On the housekeeping side of things..
We have been migrating our system to a new service and have had a few hiccups along the way. I do not like to answer the phone when I am at a clients home as I want to give them my full attention. This resulted in missed calls. To correct this we have enlisted the help of an answering service. Trained by me to answer your questions and provide some guidance into who we are, what we do, and how to schedule with us.
This new system has gotten some compliments as well as a few complaints. Both are appreciated and we apply what we learn from them to our practices.

We are growing fast and will continue to do so because we operate with integrity and honesty. That sets us apart. We certainly do not claim to be perfect, but we do claim to do something that most do not. We care.
