Now that our hangar project is complete, we figured we’d share a few photos from start to finish.

There were a lot of impressive numbers behind this project. Across 80,000 sq. ft., this floor called for a four-coat resinous slurry system with broadcasted sand in between layers. More than 220,000 lbs. of sand went into this floor.

A lot of prep, a lot of material, and a lot of long man hours went into getting this one across the finish line. Proud of our crew and proud of how it turned out.

It starts in a bucket, and it ends up as a floor nobody else has.

Pigment goes into the mix, the coating goes down over the base coat, and it gets worked while it is still liquid. After a point the floor finishes itself. That is why a sample board is a hint and not a promise.
