We’ve been working on a few projects lately. This one is enclosing a patio for a homeowner in Westhaven community in Franklin. It’ll be ready in time to enjoy the rest of fall 🍁. Next is trim and painting.

Every build starts with a blank slate — or in this case, fun family messages in chalk. Can't wait to turn this garage into the room where another amazing family makes its memories.

Did you know?

A roof often works hardest where it changes direction or meets something else. Chimneys, plumbing vents, valleys, and roof-to-wall areas all rely on flashing details to direct water away from the home.

New shingles matter—but the details that tie the roof together matter just as much.

A roof can look fine from the driveway and still have concerns underneath that deserve attention. On this project, we found compromised decking during tear-off and repaired it properly before the new roof went on. That’s the unglamorous part of roofing—but it’s the part that matters. We aren’t here to sell past what a homeowner needs. We’re here to help make sure the work is done right.🦾

We’re not interested in being storm chasers or knocking on all the doors, however, we are here when your roof is on your mind.

If it’s time to talk through options, we’ll help you figure out what makes sense without selling past what you actually want.
If you’ve been thinking about a new roof, send us a message.
