🍂❄️ THOUGHTFUL PLANNING STARTS NOW — PREPARING TO SELL YOUR CAPE COD HOME THIS FALL OR WINTER? 🌊🏡

Selling a Cape Cod home doesn’t begin the day the For Sale sign goes up. The best moves often begin weeks—or even months—before.

Fall and winter can be the perfect time to thoughtfully prepare: declutter one room at a time, tackle small repairs, freshen paint, organize belongings, discuss staging and determine which improvements are actually worth making before you sell.

And sometimes, doing less is the right answer. Not every home needs a renovation. We can help you decide what to update, what to leave alone and whether selling AS-IS makes the most sense for you.

Whether your Cape home has been a year-round residence, summer getaway or a place filled with generations of family memories, we'll help you create a plan that works around your timeline and your goals.

🌾 BOHO MEETS CAPE COD 🌊

There’s something about Cape Cod that invites you to slow down, breathe in the salt air, and create a home that feels relaxed and effortless.

Cape Cod boho style blends soft coastal blues, warm whites, natural woods, rattan, woven textures and cozy layers for a look that feels collected—not decorated.

Think oversized baskets filled with blankets, weathered wood, linen pillows, jute rugs, comfortable slipcovered furniture and just enough coastal influence to remind you that the ocean is never far away.

No need for seashells everywhere. 😉 The best Cape style is casual, comfortable and a little imperfect—a place where sandy feet, wet dogs, family dinners and long summer nights are always welcome.

🌊 Coastal.
🤍 Comfortable.
🌾 Naturally beautiful.
🏡 Completely Cape Cod.

Sometimes the most beautiful homes are the ones that simply make you want to stay awhile.

Creating a mindful home doesn't have to be hard! Follow these 5 tips from to make your home a place of peace and relaxation 🙏

As a real estate agent, I’ve gotten the opportunity to see my fair share of homes that give off a mindful, relaxing vibe (and those that don’t)! For many, the home can become a chaotic place where chores need to be completed, meals need to be made and dishes need to be cleaned (constantly). I pu...

There’s something about coastal decorating that makes it almost impossible to stop at just one seashell, one woven basket, or one beautiful shade of blue.

And maybe that’s exactly the point.

A truly inviting coastal home doesn’t have to feel sparse or overly styled. It can be layered, collected, colorful, relaxed, and full of personality. In fact, when it comes to coastal accents, sometimes more really is more.

Start with the classics: soft blues, sandy neutrals, crisp whites, weathered wood, woven textures, and natural materials. Then keep going.

Add the striped pillows.

Bring in the rattan chairs.

Layer the throws.

Display the shells you collected on vacation.

Hang the oversized coastal artwork.

Add baskets, coral-inspired accents, glass bottles, driftwood, linen curtains, woven trays, and maybe even a little touch of turquoise.

Coastal decorating works best when it feels collected rather than perfectly coordinated. The most memorable rooms often look as though they evolved over time, with pieces gathered from favorite vacations, local shops, antique markets, family homes, and days spent near the water.

That layering creates warmth.

A bowl filled with shells on a coffee table may be beautiful, but pair it with a stack of books, a woven tray, a glass hurricane lantern, and a piece of driftwood, and suddenly the room begins to tell a story.

The same goes for fabrics. Don’t be afraid to mix stripes, subtle prints, textured linens, ticking, florals, and soft coastal patterns. As long as the colors relate to one another, the combination can feel relaxed rather than busy.

And coastal style doesn’t have to mean everything is blue and white.

Warm beige, sea-glass green, weathered gray, soft coral, navy, creamy white, and natural wood tones can all work beautifully together. The goal is to create a home that feels fresh, comfortable, and connected to the easygoing feeling of life near the water.

The best coastal homes aren’t afraid to have fun.

Maybe there’s a giant basket overflowing with beach blankets by the sofa. Maybe there are ten framed beach photographs instead of two. Maybe every chair gets a pillow, every table gets a shell, and every room gets at least a little nod to the sea.

Why not?

Your home should reflect what you love.

If coastal living makes you happy, surround yourself with it. Layer it, collect it, mix it, and enjoy it.

Because when it comes to coastal decorating, there may be no such thing as too many baskets, too many stripes, too many shells—or too much seaside charm.

Sometimes, more coastal is simply better.
