Thank you so much to all of our producers who came out to our fall cattle mineral meeting!

Extra special thank you to Long Hollow Cattle Co, LLC for giving us a tour of your facility and being a phenomenal, local, trusted butcher for our area.

We got some great information from Michael Sherman from Penn State Extension about how your cattle’s mineral intake directly affects your calf crop, growth rates, and carcass quality.

Thank you again for all who were able to attend. If you are interested in taking advantage of our fall cattle mineral pricing, deadline to submit your quantities is October 13th.

Chicken Molting Season is Upon Us!

To help them get through the molt, we recommend temporarily switching to a High-Protein feed such as Kalmbach 20% Flock Maker. High-Protein Feeds help with fast and healthier feather growth.

If you don't want to switch their feed you can always supplement with mealworms, black soldier fly larvae, black oil sunflower seeds, suet chicken treats, or Purina Farm to Flock Protein Block to get that extra protein.

Nescopeck Agway can help your birds go from featherless to fabulous in no time!
