What was once a standard tub and shower surround is now a custom walk-in shower featuring beautiful marble-look tile, a hexagon mosaic accent band, matching shower floor, built-in niche, and corner shelves.

Every project is an opportunity to take a customer’s vision and turn it into something they can enjoy for years to come.

We got a call from a customer who was helping prepare a home to be put on the market, and this one needed a quick and urgent turnaround.

The homeowner’s son had nine dogs, and the existing LVP had taken some serious abuse from repeated pet accidents. The damage went beyond what you could see on the surface, so simply installing new flooring over it wasn’t an option.

We got to work quickly:

-Tore out and disposed of the old LVP

-Addressed and repaired damaged areas of the subfloor

-Treated the underlying odor issues to eliminate the smell

-Properly prepped the floor for installation

-Installed a beautiful Lifeproof Harvest Hues LVP throughout

With the house getting ready to hit the market, time mattered. We were able to get in, address the problems correctly, and turn the project around quickly without sacrificing the quality of the finished installation.

A fresh, clean floor, the odor issue addressed, and a home that now feels completely different walking through the door.

Project Complete:

Backsplash: The ivory tile used in this backsplash was actually leftover tile from the customer’s grandmother, so we incorporated it into the design to create something that’s not only unique, but sentimental.

Wet Room: customer wanted a 8 x 6 wet room that spoke subtle, yet elegant..

A lot of time and work went in to this one but this wet room came out beautiful. A lot work, but always love creating cool spaces!

Just have to seal the corners, ceiling and by the floor, but this shower turned out beautiful. We still have the backsplash to do, but thank you to Remodel By Design for allowing me the opportunity to create a work of art for their customer!
