Advantage Design + Remodel

Advantage Design + Remodel Most homeowners struggle to turn their home into the place they've always imagined. At Advantage Desi Builders at heart.

That’s the best way to describe co-owners Greg Wade and Andy Schafer. Each of them has more than 20 years of experience in construction and remodeling. As teens, they were already focused on the craft of carpentry at Milwaukee Tech High School. It’s here that they first dreamed of having their own company. But before that would happen, they both spent valuable years in the field, not only learning the trade but also coming to understand this important lesson: the culmination of true craftsmanship isn’t the stunning final product – it’s the deeply satisfied client.

Sometimes the smallest touches make the room. A matte black rain shower head and handheld wand stand out against marble-look tile, with a bundle of dried eucalyptus hanging for a spa-like finishing touch. Simple, serene, and beautifully done.

Laundry day just got an upgrade. Warm gray cabinetry, brushed brass hardware, and a floating quartz counter over the washer and dryer give this space serious style — plus a deep utility sink and a tall storage tower for everything in between. Function first, but make it beautiful.
