Thank you New Braunfels!

This business was built on grit and hard work. Every drywall repair, floor, door, and project got done because this family showed up and gave it everything. And I'll be honest, these jobs carried my family through some of the toughest times we've faced. Every one of you who trusted us with your home helped keep our lights on and our heads up. I'll never forget that.

To my fiancée Djemilah Birnie and our kids, thank you for working beside me, believing in this, and showing up every single day. I couldn't have done it without you.

Thank you for the referrals, the reviews, and the repeat business. You made this family-run business possible.

This page will be shut down soon. If you need anything in the meantime, reach out and I'll point you toward good people.

Better days are ahead!

God bless, and thank you.

Before & after on a home office transformation in New Braunfels. Black walls, black ceiling, vertical acoustic panels, and custom cable management on the standup desks. This one went from builder-grade bland to something the client actually wants to spend time in. This is the kind of work we love. 📐🖤

🌸 Happy Mother’s Day from Koehler Home Services 🌸
They say it takes a village, and behind every strong family business, there’s an even stronger woman holding it all together.
Today we want to take a moment to celebrate all the mothers in our world.
To Djemilah, my fiancé and our heart, our co-owner, and the backbone of this business. You show up every single day with grace, grit, and love that makes everything we build here worth building. This company wouldn’t exist without you. We see you, we appreciate you, and we are so grateful for everything you pour into this family and this business. 💛
To my Mother, mother in law and step mother and my son’s mom— thank you for raising all the people who built this. For the lessons, the sacrifices, the late nights, and the love that never quits. We wouldn’t be who we are without you.
From our family to yours! Happy Mother’s Day!💐
We hope every mom out there gets a day filled with rest, recognition, and maybe someone else handling the honey-do list for once. 😄

Recently I worked for two different companies. Less than a year each. Both ended the same way.
At some point I had to ask myself, if I’m spending this much time and energy building something for someone else, and not getting results, then why am I not building it for myself?
So I did just that!
Koehler Home Services started with a simple idea: show up, do the work right, and actually explain to people what they’re paying for. No runaround. No upselling fear. Just honest work from someone who knows both ends of it. I can manage a project from the top down and still pick up a tool and do the job myself.
That combination is rarer than it should be in this industry.
We’re based in New Braunfels and we serve real people in our community. Homeowners, property managers, investors. People who deserve a straight answer and a fair price.
Grateful for every lesson, even the ones that came with an undeserved termination letter.

There’s something really satisfying about turning “it’s still in the box” into “let’s have everyone over.” 😄 Just finished this hardtop gazebo assembly for a neighbor and the backyard transformation speaks for itself.
