My Stuffed Cabbage Soup is pure comfort in a bowl!

I cut the cabbage into bite-size pieces and freeze it the day before — it cooks so much faster! I use a combination of ground beef and Italian sausage for extra flavor, plus tomatoes, seasonings, and rice.

Want it lower carb? Just leave out the rice! ❤️
