This customer contracted another local company in business over 40 years back in April 2025. They installed a glue down engineering flooring and got glue everywhere on the new floors. To fix the issue they dumped many cans of mineral spirits over the floors. Customer described as seen a lake… End of September she called us and asked for help. A reaction with the glue and mineral spirits happened, also her floors were dull to them stripping off the finish. We took care of her and she is not able to move in to her new home free of fumes.

Laboratorio Kitchen in Montclair. We did the one location couple years ago and now we just finished this other location. They had laminate waterproof flooring definitely not a good choice for a restaurant. We have installed a luxury vinyl plank (glue down) with a diamond layer and also very resistant to fire up to 365 degrees and antibacterial padding. Please see before and after pictures
