Updating a home that’s more than 100 years old means respecting its character while making sure the work behind the finish is built for the next generation.

For this beautiful home, we rebuilt the existing opening, installed a new structural header, and set a new prehung entry door with two separate sidelights featuring hurricane-impact glass.

The exterior was trimmed in PVC for maximum durability against Florida’s humidity and termites, then carefully prepped, sanded, and primed. The white trim was finished with Sherwin-Williams Pro Industrial Multi-Surface Acrylic, while the door was finished in Sherwin-Williams Red Bay, color-matched in Benjamin Moore COMMAND Exterior Satin.

We completed the transformation with new hardware and a custom-cut mail slot.

More than a new front door, it’s a completely rebuilt entry designed to look right at home on a century-old South Tampa residence.

A little throwback to this home remodel we did as a collab with the very talented Debraly Delgado.

This primary bath went in a completely new direction with deep blue cabinetry, stone countertops, matte black fixtures, arched mirrors, and textured tile carried all the way up the walls.

One of our favorite details is the contrast. The richness of the vanity against the soft, imperfect texture of the tile, finished off with the black lighting and plumbing fixtures. Clean and bright without feeling sterile.

This wet bar backsplash looks simple…it wasn’t.

This is a handcrafted marble wave mosaic from Morocco, installed in 12”x12” sheets. But that doesn’t make it easy.

Each sheet is made up of hundreds of irregular pieces with no true pattern lines to follow. Every seam has to be blended by eye so the wall reads as one continuous flow.

What makes it difficult:

• No straight lines
• Seams must disappear
• Natural stone variation

Finished with a quartzite top and brushed brass fixture to bring warmth and contrast to the space.

Done right, you don’t see the work—you just see the texture.

Boo-yah!!!!

Another remodel nearly complete. This is a living room remodel where we added a feature entertainment wall.

The floor is 12X72 wood-look porcelain tile. We did the wall in Pure White and the trim in extra white. The entertainment cabinetry under the TV is Oslo Oak - slim profile. Hardware is honey bronze and the ceiling is an interlocking French White Oak wood ceiling. The ceiling fan is the 60” Casa Vieja Montage in soft brass with white blades. The LED accent lighting behind the TV and under the cabinet was done by the very talented . And last, but not least - a 77” Sony Bravia AE M6L with JBL surround sound!

Truly a very sleek and modern space. More pics to come after furniture is delivered!
