📍 Greetings from Milwaukee! 🧀🔧

Chad and Amy are having a great time at the PHCC CONNECT Conference!

One of the things we love about this industry is that there’s always something new to learn and great people to learn from. We’re enjoying the opportunity to connect with fellow plumbing professionals, share ideas, and bring home fresh inspiration for Continental Plumbing Services!

We believe that growing, learning, and building relationships are all part of providing the best possible service to our customers. ❤️

A little work, a little fun, and a whole lot of plumbing passion! 😊

Happy National Boss’s Day! 🎉

Every boss has a story, and ours started long before Continental Plumbing Services became what it is today!

From the early days of Chad working in the field with Amy riding along in the truck, to the two of us building and running a family business together, it's been quite a journey!

A lot has changed over the years, but one thing hasn't: our love for the plumbing trade and the people who make this business what it is.

Here's a couple of throwbacks alongside a more recent picture of the two people behind Continental Plumbing Services. Same team, just a few more years of experience (and maybe a few more gray hairs)! 😂

Happy Boss's Day to all the hardworking bosses out there, especially those building something alongside their families! ❤️

Amy took a little trip to ServiceTitan's Pantheon 2026, and is coming home inspired!

From connecting with fellow industry professionals to exploring new technology and fresh ideas, Pantheon is all about learning, growing, and finding better ways to serve our customers.

At Continental Plumbing Services, we believe that being great at what we do means never stopping learning. We're always looking for ways to improve our processes, support our team, and deliver the dependable, professional service our customers deserve.

We're bringing home fresh inspiration and plenty of ideas! 💡

Because when we grow, the service we provide grows with us. 💙

🎳 We came. We bowled. We supported an incredible cause. 💗

We were proud to once again participate in and sponsor this fun night that brings our local business community together while supporting an important cause.

One of our favorite things about being a local, family-owned business is having opportunities like this to show up for the community that has supported us for so many years. And when we can do it with a little fun, some rock ’n’ roll, and plenty of laughs along the way, it's even better! 🤘🎸

A big thank you to the West Pasco/Pinellas Business Association for putting together another fantastic Bowling 4 B***s event and to everyone who bowled, sponsored, volunteered, and helped make the night a success. 💕

We’re already looking forward to next year! 🎳

Before ➡️ After 🚽

This was the original toilet in the home, and the fl**ge beneath it was broken. The homeowner chose to replace the toilet, giving the bathroom a fresh look.

The fl**ge is the connection that helps secure a toilet to the floor. It’s hidden once the toilet is installed, but its condition matters just as much as the fixture you can see. That’s why a toilet replacement is a good time to check what’s underneath.

📲 If your toilet rocks, leaks around the base, or is ready for an update, give Continental Plumbing Services a call. We’ll take a look and explain your options.

Service Worth The Investment! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What makes plumbing service worth the investment? Our customers say it best. 💙

We recently received this incredible 5-star review from a customer who trusted us with their water heater replacement. Here's what stood out to them:

⭐️ Quality Workmanship: Jacob delivered a professional installation, demonstrating the knowledge and attention to detail our customers deserve.

⭐️ Seamless Communication: Erika coordinated the scheduling, permit, and inspection, keeping everything moving smoothly from start to finish.

⭐️ Value Beyond the Price Tag: While we weren't the lowest quote, our customer felt the quality of the work and professionalism of our team made the investment worthwhile.

At Continental Plumbing Services, we believe a job well done is about more than just the installation. It's about showing up prepared, communicating clearly, respecting your home, and taking pride in every detail.

👏 A big shoutout to Jacob and Erika for demonstrating what the Continental standard looks like!

And to our customer, thank you for trusting us and taking the time to share your experience. Your confidence in our team means the world to us!

🚧 What does it take to go from septic to city sewer? 💧

Here’s a look at a recent project our team completed for a customer who was ready to make the switch.

Connecting a home to city sewer involves more than simply running a new pipe. The existing septic system must be properly abandoned, the new sewer connection needs to be installed correctly, and the work has to be completed with care from start to finish.

For this customer, our team handled the process of abandoning the septic system and getting their home connected to city sewer all while keeping quality, safety, and proper workmanship at the forefront.

Thinking about making the switch from septic to sewer? Give Continental Plumbing Services a call. We’ll help you understand what’s involved and what your next steps should be.
