There was something special about watching a lawn full of women come together, disconnect from the outside world, and simply be present.

Set against the beautiful backdrop of Lexington Estate in Los Gatos, California, this experience brought together the calming ritual of Palo Santo, a guided meditation, and immersive sound delivered through individual headphones.

From quiet moments of reflection to genuine smiles and connection, it was a beautiful reminder of how powerful it can be to slow down and make space for yourself.

Behind the camera, I loved capturing the moments in between. The expressions, the stillness, the energy, and the little details that tell the story of an experience beyond what words can describe.

A special thank you to my love, Livier Gutierrez , for having me be part of such a meaningful gathering. It was a pleasure documenting the beauty of what you brought together.

✨ When science meets spirituality, the impact of our work can deepen.

Meet Monica of Whole Circle Consulting, our newest Maison Palo Santo Ambassador!

I had the pleasure of meeting Monica at the Holistic Therapist Conference, and what excites me most about this connection is how she’s bringing Palo Santo into her work.

First, as a tool for her own self-care. Then, as a way to amplify the powerful methodology she’s already sharing with others.

This is exactly why we do Palo Santo differently at Maison Palo Santo.

We believe that ritual shouldn’t just feel beautiful in the moment. It should have a practical place in our everyday lives.

🧠 Here’s where science meets spirituality.

Our sense of smell has a unique connection to brain regions involved in emotion and memory, including the limbic system. This makes scent a powerful sensory cue, one we can intentionally pair with breathwork, mindfulness, and other practices to reinforce moments of calm, clarity, and connection.

We’re not just sharing Palo Santo. We’re creating tangible tools with practical applications for well-being, helping practitioners bring an additional sensory dimension to the transformative work they’re already doing.

And that’s what excites me about Monica’s journey. She’s not replacing her methodology. She’s deepening it, beginning with herself and extending that experience to the people she serves. 💚
