S**T I F**KED UP!

I’m not one to gatekeep, so let me put you on to one of my favorite finds at High Point Market! Meet LUME by SYNCERE. This floor lamp is not only beautiful, but it also doubles as a nanny! It can fold your laundry, pick up things off the floor, and make your bed. I mean… good design and a helping hand around the house? Sign me up!

One year of The Forever Home! We just crossed 31,000 copies shipped, and I couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you to everyone who purchased the book, shared it with friends, gifted it to someone special, or helped spread the word. Your support has meant so much to me.

The book has been reprinted THREE times, which is a huge milestone in the publishing world, and I’m incredibly grateful to see it continuing to find its way into homes.
A special thank you to Anthropologie , HomeGoods , and Marshall for bringing The Forever Home to your stores and helping it reach even more people.

Writing this book was a dream, and seeing it out in the world a year later is something I don’t take for granted. Thank you for making room for The Forever Home in your homes and on your bookshelves. Here’s to year two!

Thank you to everyone who attended my little brother’s service or watched it virtually. I cannot say thank you enough for all the calls, texts, beautiful flower arrangements, meals, and gestures of appreciation that have been given to us. Today was a very difficult day, but we honored my brother and had a beautiful service. I don’t even know what my new future looks like, but I’ll continue to say your name. Love you forever David Welch ❤️❤️❤️

It’s kind of crazy to even say this… SEASON 7! Seven years of laughs, design, surprises, and getting to do what I love with some of my favorite people. So grateful to be back for another season of The Drew Barrymore Show . Premiere week, here we go! Season 7!

The past couple of weeks have been a blur in the best way. Got the keys to my new Los Angeles store, started demo, kicked off another season at The Drew Barrymore Show, and squeezed in another fun segment on Today with TODAY with Jenna & Sheinelle . Lots happening and even more to come!

Over 20,000 copies of THE FOREVER HOME out in the world. Still feels pretty surreal. Thank you for making this book part of your homes.

I had no clue what to expect from something called Camp Cool, but Quilt did not disappoint. We made cocktails, had dinner under the stars, poured our own candles, made s’mores and I met a really great group of people who somehow felt like old friends by the end of the trip. They also took us on what was described as a hike, but at one point I was literally climbing over rocks and boulders, so we may have different definitions of hiking.😂

The whole weekend was really about slowing down and being comfortable, which I loved. Quilt is a smart heating and cooling system, and as a designer, I love that it was created with just as much thought around how it looks in your home as how it feels. I actually have Quilt in my own home now, and I’ll be sharing that reveal very soon.
Thank you Quilt for Camp Cool and for bringing all of us together. I left with a Santal candle, some new friends and absolutely no plans to take up hiking anytime soon.
