Outside Space NYC Garden Center, Plant Nursery, Landscape Design, Event Venue

Outside Space NYC is a landscape design company and plant shop focused on cultivating urban gardens in New York. We design customized spaces with New York City climate and architecture in mind, all with the goal of creating a multi-seasonal ecosystem full of color and texture perfect for rooftops, terraces, balconies, and back and front-yard gardens. Additionally, our brick-and-mortar Garden Center (located in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn) exists as a neighborhood sanctuary for plants, animals, and people to physically interact with the cultivated natural world. The plant shop also doubles as an event space perfect for birthday parties, baby and bridal showers, art launches, and more.

There are many ways you can deal with privacy without needing large hedges or fencing. With this Tribeca rooftop, we opted for taller perimeter, planters with mixed planting, a much softer approach to achieve if the same goal.

If you are looking for plant related solutions to issues like privacy, we are booking consultations for this spring.

It will be any minute spring starts showing. Nothing better than bold color to break us out of winter like we planned for this Meatpacking Rooftop.

If your garden is lacking a spring pop, our designers can help with planning up to 5 months of blooms from bulb planting.
