It's the peak of summer and we're helping our hotel clients keep their rooms occupied by quickly repairing room unit ACs. If you're a hotel GM, you know how important it is to maintain cooling in each room. Whether it's water source heat pumps or PTAC units, Ritz is prepared to get your equipment back up and running. We recommend all clients with WSHPs to carry atleast 5% spares. If you are a hotel with 100 rooms, that means you should have atleast 5 heat pumps in backup. Check out some of the repairs we are performing on a customer's spares so that their hotel rooms are always occupied. Once the spares are repaired, building staff can easily reinstall them back into their skid. If you do not have spares or have out-of-service units, contact us today, before the weather gets hot!

We're here to help - even at 2 AM in the morning! This past weekend one of our clients reported that their entire building had lost heat during a record-breaking cold front. Within an hour Ritz was on the scene getting heat back to hundreds of occupants. In these types of situations, time is of the essence because delaying a response to freezing temperatures can result in catastrophic equipment damage. If you're having heating problems this winter, give us a call; rain or shine, day or night!
