We recently completed Phase 1 of this landmark 1917 Colonial Revival townhouse in Brooklyn’s Victorian Flatbush neighborhood.

Our work on the first floor included restoring original floors, walls, and moldings, along with integrating new custom cabinetry into the existing millwork. The built-ins were hand-brushed in Fine Paints of Europe—bridging historic detail with modern refinement.

Part two from the Franklin & Paul build.
This angle shows off the curves, textures, and how it all plays off the iron columns. Clean, warm, and balanced.

Soft edges, strong presence.
From texture and proportion to lighting and layout—every element in this custom millwork was designed to carry the space quietly, without compromise.
Executed for the Franklin Street residence in Tribeca.
