From warm wax to those beautiful little ridges—there’s something so satisfying about seeing each pillar come out of its mold.

Hand-poured by me, ready for slow evenings, linen-covered tables, and that corner of your home that needs a little candlelight.

Would you light yours straight away or admire it for a while first?

A little slower, a little more by hand. 🤍

From casting the cement vessel to pouring the wax and placing each botanical, this candle takes shape one quiet step at a time.

Large, unscented, and made for evenings when you finally have a moment to settle in.

Handmade by me, for your home.

A Christmas that feels a little like the ones I grew up with. 🕯️🌲

Real evergreen branches, dried oranges catching the light, and candles lit long before dinner is ready. Simple things that make a home feel warm and full of anticipation.

My German roots find their way into so much of what I make for She & Brie—handmade candles, natural ornaments, and little details to bring out year after year.

What’s the first thing you bring out when you start decorating for Christmas?

If you could bottle the smell of a cozy autumn afternoon… 🍊🍂

Dried fruit, warming spices, and botanicals, packed by hand into our She & Brie simmer packs. I love seeing all those little ingredients come together—then wrapping each one up for your home or someone you’re thinking of.

Simply add to a pot of water and gently simmer, keeping an eye on the water level as your home fills with the scent of the season.

Which would you choose: apple and spice or citrus? 🤎

My favorite part? Peeling back the mold and seeing those curves emerge. 🤍

A little look at how I make our sculptural candles—from pouring the wax to carefully unmolding each piece. There’s a messy worktable, a good bit of patience, and a pair of hands behind every one.

Soft curves, warm earthy colors, and candlelight for the quieter corners of your home.

Would you choose warm ivory or terracotta?

I’m always a little reluctant to light the first one. 🐚

I love making candles that feel like objects you’d display anyway—the sculpted shell, the soft wax poured inside, and the final moment when each piece is tucked into its box.

Which would you pick: the large shell or the little one?

There’s something about decorating with things that feel simple, natural, and a little old-world.

Real orange slices, dried slowly and strung by hand, then wrapped through the tree with warm lights and greenery.

No plastic ornaments needed. Just fruit, candlelight, and the kind of Christmas that feels like it could have belonged to another century.

This is still one of my favorite things to make every year. 🍊

And here she is. 🍎

I’ve spent the last few days sharing little glimpses of this candle, and I’m so happy to finally show you the finished piece.

Real dried apple slices, carefully arranged by hand and suspended inside the wax. Each candle is a little different, shaped by the natural variations in the apples themselves.

I wanted to create something that felt like autumn without the usual pumpkins and bright orange decorations. Something quieter. A little old-world. Something beautiful even before you light it.

The Botanical Apple Candle by She & Brie.

What do you think of the finished piece? 🤎
