Some things happen once in a lifetime. A total eclipse. 🌑

Some happen once a year. A super bloom. The running of the bulls. Even pumpkin spice. 🎃

And Olio Nuovo. 🫒

It’s the first oil of the harvest, pressed by Wild Groves within 24 hours of picking: bright, green and peppery.

After a few months it mellows into the oil we sell all year, which is still delicious. But that first fresh taste only comes once a year.

Arriving Thursday, October 22, at the Wild Groves tasting room in Newcastle, CA, and at wildgroves.com.

Get it while it’s new.
