We recently completed an electrical project in the beautiful Lake Meade community. Our team converted an existing switch to a motion sensor, safely secured two chandeliers that were pulling away from the ceiling, by installing new electrical boxes before remounting the fixtures.We also installed dedicated power for a control panel and provided power connections for three windows to accommodate motorized blinds.

We recently got called out to replace a severely damaged outdoor outlet. When we arrived, we discovered the homeowner had been repeatedly resetting the circuit breaker without tracking down the root issue—which completely burnt out the wire from repeated shorting!
Instead of leaving a hazardous setup, our team traced the wire inside, safely eliminated the damaged run, restored power to the rest of the working circuit, and installed a clean weatherproof blank cover on the outside.

When a routine yard mowing accidentally hit and ran over a well head, a local family with four young boys suddenly found themselves completely without water on a Sunday .

Yesterday, our team had the opportunity to work on a six-unit apartment building with a unique history. The property was originally an old church that was renovated and converted into residential apartments. Inside one of the recently vacated units, we completed several electrical and heating upgrades, including removing the existing baseboard heaters and installing new ones, replacing the front-door light fixture, converting four fluorescent strip lights to LED, and replacing several damaged electrical outlets. It was a great opportunity to help update the unit while preserving the character and history of the building.

This panel was in dire need of upgrades due to extensive rust, broken screws at the bottom, rotten plywood, and the absence of a cover and labels. Our team installed new 3/4-inch treated plywood, a new 200-amp panel, and an outdoor disconnect, thereby completing the necessary upgrades.
