Paving officially started today at Xtreme Exteriors in Nixa! We’re excited to be working with this great team of people.
Stay tuned for the finished project next week—after we haul in 400 tons of base rock!

We paved the entire 29,000-square-foot lot with 2½ inches of asphalt on Thursday, then returned Friday with another 2½-inch lift—for a full 4 inches after compaction!
Today, we finished it off by applying two coats of striping paint to the parking lines for an extra-bright, clean look.
That’s a lot of asphalt and hard work in just a few days. I couldn’t be prouder of these guys and the outstanding job they did!

Haven’t posted much this year, so here’s one of our Sunday projects!

I visit every jobsite personally and evaluate the entire parking lot. You simply can’t see everything from satellite imagery—especially when those images may be two or three years old. Satellite imagery can be useful for measuring a property, but it cannot replace an on-site inspection. If you’re not willing to visit the property, inspect the actual conditions, and understand what the customer truly needs, then you don’t deserve the job.
