Just a reminder that isn’t just for dipping.

Unfortunately overnight our garage freezer quit working…. We had a partially thawed pork butt with nowhere to store it.

to the rescue! One pint poured over the roast seasoned with Kinder’s “The Blend” and some knorr de pollo… in the crock pot on high for ten hours (flipping the roast at 6 hours) and we have falling apart pulled pork verde.

I made tacos with Carb Balance Tortillas, guacamole, diced onion, pulled pork and my favorite hot sauce from Pepper Palace

Old MacDonald had a farm... and apparently a mini-golf course too!
We had such a great time at Ripley’s Old MacDonald’s Farm Mini-Golf! Lots of laughs and a little friendly competition. The best part was getting a great deal by bundling several additional attractions with our aquarium passes. More adventures for less money is always a win!
