Client wanted to turn their dining room into kids play room and be able to see the kids from the kitchen. So that’s what we did! And got it done while they were away on vacation in Florida.

Quick story about this shower….
We did a full gut remodel of this bathroom in 2023.
Small space but we maximized the layout with curbless shower, heated floors, beautiful tile.
In 2024 client messaged that grout was washing out from the wall joints. We’ve never experienced this before.
We used trusty LATICRETE Permacolor on original install.
We got our tile sub back in to clear out failing grout and install new.
Looked brand new again.
Unfortunately client messaged recently again that grout is failing again.
So we spent 3 days scraping out ALL grout from joints, this is not easy tile to work with and did full re-grout with Spectralock 1.
It’s hard to say what went wrong with original grout, maybe installer error, maybe bad batch. But even after 3+ years we will come back and make sure the client is happy.
And this is how we build relationships for life with our clients.

This 20 year old kitchen was very solid but needed an update. Our team painted cabinets, installed countertops, backsplash tile, hardware, under-cabinet lights and new appliances. Looks like a brand new kitchen.
