New 4.0-star Review: "Our replacement windows (9 total) were installed in a matter of hours. They look great! To save money, we did not pay to have them wrapped on the exterior. In retrospect, maybe we should have paid for that service as well (although we thought the additional cost was excessive). We did the exterior trim work ourselves— and they look really good. The window installers were professional and wasted no time. They took the time to answer any questions and demonstrate how the windows operate.\nMy only “complaint” was the long 4 month wait from the time we signed the contract to the date of installation. I called a couple times to make sure we were still on their radar. \nOverall, we were very pleased with the end result!"

Every step of this process has been easy - working with the sales rep (Marc is the best!), scheduling, instillation, and following up after instillation. We ran into a big issue while installing one door (found extensive rot in the frame of the house) and the team was very responsive. They showed me the problem, talked me through it, helped me understand what to do next and then went above and beyond to make sure my house was sealed and secure while the issue was fixed. I would highly recommend Window World to everyone!"

New 5.0-star Review: "I am very pleased with my new windows! They really did turn out even better than I expected! The main thing that really stuck out was how nicely they did the aluminum wrap. It looks very professional. Also, I am a landlord and had to coordinate with two tenants. Everything went extremely smoothly. There was no interruption to my tenants and they both came home to new windows and no mess and they were both pleased. The price was reasonable and the quality is great! It did take about 4 + months to get my new windows, but it was worth it. Peace in mind! Shout out to Marc, the sales rep. He is very responsive and seemed to care about my needs and business. They even changed one of our \"two set\" windows in just one, which is nice. The inside of the house was cleaned up and look great and they did the wrap on the outside of the windows which also look great. Thank you Window World."
