PT house deck and pool deck upgrade finished up and final inspection passed.
Dug and poured 20 new 12” footings.
Triple 2x10 beams and 2x10 framing throughout.

We extended the existing house deck out and added 12x16 pool deck section!!
Great addition to the outdoor space and something they can enjoy for years to come!!

Kitchen renovation wrapped up and we finally got our before and after pictures.
This started as a kitchen and dining room. We removed the wall, installed triple lvl beam and we have 20x20 open floor plan.
Fabuwood cabinets and lvp flooring throughout.

Great way to maximize all the space your home has to offer!!!
