Add a new client contact me requesting my assistance in fixing his AC platform.

When I looked at the job, the platform was sagging and fallen apart from the house about 2 inches. The joists were separate from the band and the whole platform could fall at any minute.

I bought some 2x4 to use as stiff legs.
I then jacked the platform up, propping it up with stiff legs, so I can re-secure the joist to the band.

After every was reattached I jacked the whole platform up and installed 1/4 Simpson brackets in the corners through bolting and using 6inch lags.

I installed a new 2x8 beauty band for a more eye catching look.

Small project that I did a couple weeks ago.
The current client was wanting more storage for her art supplies.
Before there was just an empty cavity in the corner.
I used birch plywood constructed a box and installed shelves.
After the shelves were completed trimmed the outer edge and made some doors to match.
Next step is to paint the new cabinet.

A 8x12 deck that I recently built in front of the tiny house.

The first day I had to move the old concrete stairs to the side to be reused later on.
After the steps were moved I dugged the holes for all 4x4 post.

I set the 4x4 post making sure they were plumb and secure them with concrete.

The next day I constructed the frame doubling the 2x8 band and used 2x6 for the joist. I installed joist hangers instead of a ledger board.

After the framing was done I installed the 5/4 decking and the concrete stairs. After the decking I started on the handrails and got 3/4 of them done.

The last day all I had to do was pickets for the rails and handrails on the stairs.

I recently installed a new tin roof over top of the tiny house that I have been working on.

I install 1x4 slats so the tin sheets have something to be secured to.
After the 1x4 slats I installed the tin and ridge cap.

Next step is to paint it with white cool seal.

Small renovation job couple weeks ago.
Client had a mold problem that was caused by an old dryer sweating in the wall.
We removed the vanity top so could be reused.
Demo the Sheetrock and sink base disposing of the trash.
Got rid of the old dryer duct that was sticking down in the wall.
Treated the mold with mold killer.
Installed a junction box for the exposed wires on opposite side of wall.
Installed new Sheetrock, caulked, and painted.
After Sheetrock work was done we installed new vanity and reconnected the sink.

Got a phone call from returning client. Kopps gas station
The wall was warped due to moisture.
First we had to remove all fixtures from the wall and the sink.
Next we had to demo the old FRP panel, wet backer board, and wet insulation.
We found the source of the problem and addressed the issue.
After Demo was completed we installed foam insulation boards and R-13.
Next step was to reinstall the backer board using paneling nails.
Installed the new FRP using construction adhesive. After the walls were all tacked up we reinstalled the base molding and the fixtures and sink.

Phase 2 of the tiny house remodel
 The new clients were wanting bead board on the ceiling. I recommended to them doing tongue and groove. 
 I had to insulate the ceilings
Worked my way done the hallway and acrossed the living room as well completing the bedroom and bathroom.

A new client contact me seeing if I was interested in remodeling a 340 square-foot trailer converting it into a tiny home.

We started by removing all the all the old tin Siding, and wrapping the structure with house wrap.
Started with installing the T1-11 Siding making sure it was plumb.
After the siding was installed, we went ahead and cut out the windows and installed them as well using lexel silicone and window tape.
Trimmed the windows with pvc 1x4.

The owners wanted 1x8 pvc wrapped around the top to give a beam appearance and 1x4 pvc corners cut on 45 bevel.

A little quick job that was done today.
Weeks prior, I demo the old steps and rebuilt new ones.
After waiting, a couple of weeks the wood was finally dry.
The Stain that we used is made by a local of Southport. Scott Coring
