October, you were a good one! 🍂

Summer came to an end, fall started settling in, and our team has been putting so much care and hard work into every home we’re building! Between the beautiful weather and those October sunsets, we’ve been reminded once again just how lucky we are to call this place home.

With the holidays right around the corner, we’re looking forward to seeing more special details come together and watching our clients’ dream homes take shape. 🤎

📣Today marks seven years since Daniel Richardson joined Live Oak! 🙌🏻

I’ve known Daniel for more than 20 years, and I’ve always known him to be a hard worker and a man of integrity. That made bringing him onto the Live Oak team seven years ago an easy choice!

Today, Daniel serves as our Operations Manager and plays a huge role in keeping our projects moving, supporting our team, and taking care of our clients.

Anyone who knows Daniel also knows he brings plenty of personality with him, which should be pretty obvious from some of these pictures! 🤪😂

Thank you, Daniel, for seven great years. I’m grateful to have you on our team! 💪🏻

Summer is winding down, and we’re looking back on an incredible season here at the beach. ☀️🌊

As we head into Labor Day weekend, we’re grateful for another summer spent doing what we love… building beautiful homes right here on the coast.

Checking in from our Lighthouse Sound job site, where framing is up and this new build is taking shape quickly. ⛳️🏡

Even the drive in is a good one-passing the Links at Lighthouse Sound and its signature golf cart bridge, the longest in the United States.

There’s something special about this stage of the build. Once the walls go up, you can finally step inside, take in the views, and see the vision starting to become a reality! 🏡

June looked a little like this…

A foundation being poured, siding going up, and another beautiful home ready to welcome its family. One of the things we love most about this work is getting to be part of every stage of the journey—from the very beginning all the way to the final walkthrough.

It was a beautiful month to be building at the beach, and we’re excited to see what July brings.
