2nd floor Addition going up in Wall NJ
Doubling the size of the house with 3 new bedrooms, 2 new bathrooms, an office and a laundry room. First floor space will be opened up to make bigger living room.

After nearly a year under construction, this Holmdel, NJ transformation is coming together — and we love seeing just how much this home has changed!

We added approximately 1,100 SF of new living space while reworking the existing home to create a layout that feels larger, brighter, and much more functional for this family.

The first floor renovation expanded the existing kitchen and added a new great room behind it, creating a spacious hub for everyday living. The former rear den became a mudroom with a new side entry, while an additional bump-out created a dedicated dining room and covered porch.

Upstairs, the addition made room for two new kids’ bedrooms and a hall bathroom, and an existing bedroom was transformed into a much-needed second-floor laundry room.

We also gave the front entry porch a complete refresh to tie the old and new portions of the house together.

A big addition, a completely reimagined floor plan, and a lot of thoughtful details throughout. After watching this one take shape for the past year, it’s especially exciting to see it nearing the finish line!

So exciting to see this one come to life! This rear great room addition completely transforms the home, creating a bright, vaulted space off the kitchen with a dramatic wall of windows overlooking the backyard and pool.

We love seeing the vision from the drawings become a reality — and we can’t wait to see this space completely finished!

A Cape Cod transformation that made every square foot count. ✨

For this project, we expanded the rear of the existing Cape Cod to create approximately 600 SF of additional living space and dramatically improve the functionality of the second floor.

The new addition allowed us to create a spacious primary bedroom, primary bathroom and walk-in closet, along with a new hall bathroom for the secondary bedrooms.

By expanding into what was previously limited by the traditional Cape roofline, we were able to turn the second floor into a much more comfortable, functional bedroom level—all while maintaining the character and charm of the original home.

Sometimes the biggest transformation isn’t changing the entire house—it’s finding the right place to add space. 🏡

✨ A fresh new chapter for this 6,000 SF office renovation.

This project was all about transforming an existing office into a brighter, more functional, and more welcoming place to work.

Our design included:

▫️ New flooring throughout
▫️ Fresh paint to brighten every space
▫️ Completely refreshed bathrooms
▫️ A modernized kitchenette with new cabinetry
▫️ An opened-up reception and waiting area
▫️ New security office and Check in
▫️ A reimagined office with open workstations
▫️ A centralized mail/copy room

Sometimes the biggest transformations come from rethinking the spaces we use every day. By improving circulation, organization, and finishes, this office now feels lighter, more efficient, and ready to support the people who use it.

From 1950s split-level... to bright, open, and timeless. ✨

This home renovation completely reimagined the way this home feels.By vaulting the entire first floor, we created soaring ceilings, dramatically increased natural light, and gave every space a more open, airy feel. The floor plan was thoughtfully opened up to improve flow and better connect the kitchen, dining, and living spaces for modern family living.

Some of our favorite transformations include:

• Vaulted ceilings throughout the first floor
• Complete floor plan redesign for an open-concept layout
• A brand-new rear sunroom filled with natural light
• A stunning floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace remodel
• A new powder room addition
• Completely renovated bathrooms
• New flooring throughout the entire home
• Updated finishes and details from top to bottom

It's always rewarding to see a home evolve while preserving its character and creating spaces that feel like they've always belonged.

850 SF ➝ 2,600 SF. Same address. Completely transformed.

This once-modest ranch was reimagined into a timeless modern farmhouse. Every inch of the home was thoughtfully redesigned, featuring soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, a spacious open-concept kitchen, luxurious bathrooms, and inviting living spaces that feel both elegant and comfortable.

Our favorite part of every project is getting to see the space finished. Watching months of planning and construction come together is what makes this work so rewarding.

You don't always need to start over to create your dream home. With the right vision and design, an existing house can become something truly extraordinary.
