On this basement project we had to tear out and rebuild some walls and tile for a draining system to be installed! Then we tore out the rest of the tile grinder down the morter and concret for a flat surface, then tore all the carpet out and replaced drywall and made access boxs for the wall anchoring system that was installed as well, then we leveled some areas, put a v***r barrier down before we went over the 1000 square feet with lvp then we installed new Holden oak basboard around the perimeter

On this basement project we had to fix some drywall then primed and painted, we also stain matched existing doors and all new basboards, we also had to stain and build door jambs for existing doors and then we laid down som flooring in the bathroom and also installed vanity and sink,
