On this project, we painted the ceilings and walls, addressing cracks and holes, and sanding down walls to create a smooth surface. We then applied plastic and spray coatings to achieve a bright white finish on the ceiling. Two coats of a simier but different color paint were brushed and rolled onto the walls, correcting the subpar lines left by previous painters. We transformed these bedrooms, starting with the large master bedroom, where we removed the carpet, pad, tack strips, staples, quarter round, and baseboards. We then installed beautiful LVP flooring and repaired numerous holes in the walls. Following that, we painted the walls and ceiling the same color, and installed new baseboards and quarter round. Finally, we filled and all holes qnd caulked the basboards to the walls. In the smaller bedroom, we painted the walls and installed new flooring after removing the carpet. Additionally, we replaced the quarter round.

We recently completed a project addressing water damage caused by an open roof. This involved removing the garage ceiling, installing new drywall, finishing and texturing it, and applying paint. Furthermore, we scraped and waterproof-painted the walls. In the front room, we taped over minor cracks and applied a texture to the entire ceiling, followed by painting. In the upstairs bedrooms, damaged outside corners and bottom drywall areas were replaced, finished, and painted to achieve a flawless finish. We recently completed a project involving the installation of a beautiful fence, meeting all city requirements and carefully avoiding underground lines. Additionally, we removed a wood wall/fence between the garage and house, relocating it and creating a gate.
