Tonight's sunset was soft and dreamy. I was on a Nebraska dirt road and the air was quickly cooling as the light dimmed. A wonderful moment to end the day.

This car was, as the kids say, NO CAP. Which, I think in teen lingo, means "for real."

The town local who owns this car (and seemingly half the town) told me he took his wife home from their wedding in this many years ago.

What an awesome sight that must have been!

Nature can be wildly comforting, can't it? We've been enthralled with our hummingbirds on a daily basis. It's so nice to go out on our back porch and hang out with these creatures. Lately they've been incredibly curious about us, and will hover around our faces, zipping left and right and around our heads to get a better look. Amazing!

This weekend Jeremy Stone and I led a group of photographers out to western Nebraska to view the scenes, take some amazing photos, and gather as a community of photographers. It was... AWESOME. We had fantastic luck with weather, had a random encounter with a rattlesnake, and took many incredible photographs. The group was inspiring, awesome, and tons of fun to work with!
