I fun first for Schroder Concrete. A structural Bridge for a residential driveway. 10 1/2" thick at its thinist point. 2 layers of epoxy coated rebar with the bottom layer as a #8, 1" thick rebar 8" o.c. From mock up to finished and stripped.

22 Steps in one run, 5 at the top, 27 all together. Tear-out was anywhere from 7" - 18- 22" thick. Existing poured over the original 100 year old concrete. Concrete failed due to poor placement of the rebar, too close to the surface.
