It starts innocently enough. A gallon of paint. A free Saturday. Maybe a couple of YouTube videos.

Then come the crooked lines, roller marks, paint drips, missed spots, and the realization that this is a lot work than you expected.

Before your project turns into a Halloween horror story, call JHP Contractors. 😎

Guests are searching for mountain views, changing leaves, fire pits, and that perfect place to spend a cool weekend.

Your cabin is part of that experience.

If the exterior stain is faded, weathered, or showing its age, fresh stain can bring back the rich wood tones that look so good against those fall colors. 🍁

Stairways get plenty of traffic, but they don't tend to get enough TLC. Scuffed walls, worn trim, outdated colors, and grimy railings can make the entire climb feel older than the rooms it leads to.

Call on JHP Contractors to make climbing the stairs a pleasant experience. 😎

Cooler evenings mean more time around the fireplace and more attention on the room around it. It's time to refresh the walls before holiday decorating and gatherings begin. 🍁

Prospective residents start forming an opinion of your apartment community before they ever step inside a unit.

Faded exterior paint, worn common areas, and scuffed walls can make an otherwise well-maintained property feel dated.

We can refresh your apartment complex and help maintain a beautiful consistent appearance throughout the community. 😁

Bathrooms naturally deal with humidity, while areas around windows are affected by condensation or unwanted moisture. Once moisture gets behind the paint, it interferes with how well the coating stays attached.

The source of the moisture should be addressed first. Then the damaged area can be properly prepared and repainted.

Good paint protects a properly prepared surface, but it can't fix a moisture problem hiding underneath it.

They certainly can be.

Painting the walls and trim in the same color creates a smooth, low-contrast look that can make a room feel more cohesive. You can use the exact same paint color throughout or change the sheen slightly to give the trim some subtle definition.

It works especially well when you want the architecture, furniture, and décor to stand out instead of creating a strong contrast around every door and window.

White trim will always be a classic, but it isn't your only option.

Maybe it's the color you inherited with the house ... or the neglected porch ... or the room you've been meaning to repaint for years ... or the shade you liked once upon a time but can't stand anymore ...
October seems like a pretty good time to finally make it disappear. 😎

Pick a color you actually love, and let JHP Contractors handle the painting.
