We are looking for an energetic, personable, and motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our company. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, creating new opportunities, and helping a local business grow.
The Sales & Marketing Specialist will work closely with the owner and team, promote our company in the community, strengthen relationships with existing clients, and support the growth of our business.
What You'll Do
Generate and follow up on new business leads and prospects
Develop relationships with potential clients and referral partners
Support sales goals through prospecting, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities
Assist with marketing campaigns and client communications
Create and coordinate engaging social media content
Help promote through community events, sponsorships, networking, and local involvement
Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations
Assist with client service and sales
Track leads and follow-up activities to help turn opportunities into new business
Work with the team to identify new ways to increase visibility and grow business
Represent the company in a professional, friendly, and customer-focused manner
