Design we're loving: Hamlin House in Orlando. 🌿 Kudos to the owners for a gorgeous space. The tropical entry, botanical wallpaper, deep green paneling and striped courtside lounges show how color and pattern can feel bold and calm at the same time. Which detail would you steal for your space? 👇

Leaving the Swan and Dolphin I looked up to this beautiful view. I’ve been down this walkway hundreds of times and never noticed how perfectly aligned these lines are and HAVE to be so they effortlessly cascade down the walkway.

From drawings to construction to today. Watching a space fill in layer by layer never gets old — art first, then furniture and plants, then the people who make it all make sense. interiorarchitecture designtoconstruction beforeandafter KBCODesign

Nobody gets to define this for you.

Not your parents. Not your friends. Not the highlight reel you’ve been comparing yourself to.

Success is personal. Mine looks like designing extraordinary spaces and swinging in a hammock at the beach with nowhere to be.

The art of doing and the art of doing nothing — equally intentional. Equally mine.

What does yours look like? 👇

BTS from Season 1 of Queen of Versailles Reigns Again.

I don’t take it lightly when a project like this comes along.

A 90,000 square foot home. Cameras everywhere. A family whose story the whole world was watching. And my job was to walk in, feel the space, and make sure every room felt as extraordinary as the moment called for.

That’s the work I love most. The kind that asks everything of you.

So grateful to have been trusted with this one.

Air plants. Succulents. Gold leaf. Sculptural ceramics. Geometric shapes.

This is your palette.
Wall art doesn’t have to be complicated — it just has to be yours. Mix textures, play with scale, let the greenery do what greenery does.
We can help you put it all together.
