Proud to close out the year with this project.
This was a strong interior renovation with custom accents everywhere.

Part 3 of 3

These homeowners wanted to open up their space and give it some life. Installing transitionless LVP Flooring, refinishing cabinets, stairs, and opening up some walls including load bearing. These clients made all the right choices. From the colors of the floors, to the color of the kitchen island. We're grateful for the opportunity to prove them right on selecting us to bring their dream into fruition.

Part 1 of 2

Its unfortunate how some contractors will take advantage of some clients, but what's even more frustrating is that it's the norm. This bathroom was only used 3 times and was already showing signs of failure. We never bash others work but this was absolute negligence.

The tiles were cut with the same saws as was the wood aparantly, the drain cut was only able to slightly blend because of the light grout, the accent tiles were waving in some locations, and worst of all the wrong backer boards were used and had ZERO water proofing. We always preach quality and this is why. Stay tuned to see the difference.
