🏡 This seller took home $70,000 at closing. Selling as-is, we estimated they would have walked away with about $20,000.
Refresh to Impress funded the renovation upfront and handled everything, including contractors. A new kitchen, renovated bathrooms, flooring, paint, roof, driveway and more. The bill was paid at closing.
The home sold for $310,000, leaving the seller with $70,000 after renovation costs, our Refresh fee, closing expenses and commissions.
That’s approximately $50,000 more than the estimated as-is outcome.
