This lakefront deck had seen better days, with worn, peeling boards and an aging structure. Our team took it down to the frame and brought it back stronger than ever:

🔨 Another deck project underway in Sunrise Beach, MO!
When we removed the old lower deck, we uncovered a serious problem: the 6x6 posts holding up the second-story deck were resting on 2x4s instead of running to proper support. That's the kind of hidden issue that can turn into a real safety hazard.
Here's how we're making it right:
✅ Removed all of the old 6x6 posts
✅ Installed new full-length posts that properly support the upper deck
✅ Rebuilding the lower deck with an all-new pressure-treated framing system
✅ Finishing it with Trex composite decking — beautiful, durable, and maintenance-free
The end result will be a safe, solid, low-maintenance space for our clients to relax and take in those gorgeous lake views. 🌅

✅ Another project completed in just 2 days, this time in Osage Beach off KK Rd!
We removed all the exterior wood around both the small and large chimneys and re-covered them with new wood and trim, finished with caulk and paint to match the home. We also cut back the original cedar overhang supports that had been compromised, then caulked and repainted them for a clean, protected finish.
This one called for some serious reach. We brought in a 62 ft articulating lift to safely access the chimney and complete the work as agreed.

🔨 Another deck project underway in Sunrise Beach!
We're tearing out the old treated lumber on this ground-level deck and replacing it with low-maintenance Trex decking. The upgrade doesn't stop at the surface — we're installing all new 6x6 support posts, a new double 2x10 header across the front of the upper deck for added strength, and a custom-built set of stairs.
All materials and the dumpster were delivered before day one, so we could hit the ground running. Start to finish, this project will be completed in just 2 days.

We also went the extra mile and installed joist hangers — something most lake-area decks skip entirely, but it makes a huge difference for long-term structural integrity.

This 3-day project is now complete, with post caps in place and solar lighting going in by the end of the week. We'll be back in the spring to finish it off with black 30" balusters.
