Highlights from a short but sweet tour of our Utah projects - past, present, and future!

Happy to be home in Western Colorado and ready to celebrate Mountain Harvest Festival in Paonia! But already looking forward to another extended Utah visit in November.

Studio MW has completed multiple custom homes throughout Southern Utah, including near Zion National Park, in Kanab, and the Boulder/Escalante community.

ON THE BOARDS: A little NEW vs EXISTING study of our Zion National Park renovation.

Located in the core of Springdale, Utah, but tucked away on a treed river lot, this home celebrates the full ZNP experience: epic canyon views, wooded riparian environment, easy walk to shops and cafes, trails at your back door.

The original home is a super efficient construction, using insulated concrete forms (ICFs) for the walls and foundation, and structural insulated panels (SIPs) for the roof… but, WOW, how did they miss those views?!

The clients tasked Studio MW with revising the home to create strong indoor-outdoor connections throughout. We’re celebrating both the expansive canyon views to the north and the cool, leafy canopy of the river to the south.

We’re so excited to see this home take shape!
