Over a century of Louisiana history, with a new chapter built in Lutcher.
Originally built on the grounds of the Lutcher Moore Cypress Mill, this historic cottage now connects to a custom two-story addition. Our work included removing part of the original structure to make way for the addition at the rear, featuring a stunning 21’ × 21’ glass wall and custom floating staircase.
Solid oak flooring, antiqued heart pine beams, old longleaf pine stair treads, and cypress cabinetry bring warmth and character throughout. A French Quarter-inspired balcony and courtyard complete the setting. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the Mississippi River scenery.
