Pool is officially closed for the season.

09/09/2026

We wanted to make everyone aware that someone’s shoes were recently stolen while they were at the pool. We hate that this is necessary, but please make sure you are keeping track of your things.

Also, we have asked everyone to NOT let anyone in the gate. Everyone has to follow the same rules (sign pool rules and download PDK) to gain access. Your pool privileges will be suspended if it continues.

Lastly, the pool is still open. When the weather cools off we will schedule the closing. We will let you know when we get a date.

Thanks!

These items have been at the pool for awhile. Please stop by and grab them if they are yours.

FYI: The pool is closed for a minimum of 12 hours due to a f***l incident. Please make sure all children are wearing the appropriate swim diapers and swimwear to help prevent future closures.

Is anyone missing their dog? He is currently hanging out by the pool.

• The pool is for POA homeowners and their accompanied guests.
• Homeowners must be present with their guests while using the pool.
• Guests may not use the pool without the homeowner.
• The remote gate access feature was implemented as a convenience for homeowners. It is not intended to provide access to individuals who are not accompanied by a homeowner.

Recently, several people have brought to our attention these rules are not being followed. Continued misuse of remote gate access may result in the removal of this feature for all homeowners.

Friendly reminder:

As pool season gets underway, we'd like to remind everyone of a few important pool rules and expectations.

• All pool users must have a signed Pool Rules on file before using the pool facilities.• Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. • Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children and ensuring they follow all pool rules.• Please be considerate of younger children and families.

Ok, everyone who was at the meeting and sent messages have been added. The ONLY exception is the people who could not attend and haven’t signed rules.
We have gone ahead and locked the gate. Please use your phone to open through the app. I will be at the pool tomorrow at noon and again at 5 to 5:30 for anyone that would like to sign rules.

Please let us know if anyone has an issue!

I am being asked over and over about the pool. Please note: if you missed the meeting you will need to be current on dues, sign the pool rules and download PDK Access from App Store.
I will be at the pool this week both during the day and later in the evening to try to accommodate everyone’s schedule.
Gate is currently unlocked and open!!
