Irondequoit, this garage went from cracked slab to a finished floor.
The before was old concrete with a long crack running through it, leaves along the wall, and years of dust and wear. Nothing unusual for a garage that gets used hard. We cleared it out, prepped the slab, and addressed the crack before coating.
System is Simiron. Epoxy base, full Tidal Wave flake broadcast, polyaspartic topcoat. Tidal Wave here is light blue, white, and grey — bright enough to open the garage up, with enough mix in the flake to hide everyday dirt between cleanings. The polyaspartic is the wear layer: faster return to service than a standard urethane, and built for tires, boots, tools, and whatever else gets dragged across it.
Same process we run on garages, basements, and workspaces across Irondequoit and the rest of the Rochester area. Prep is the job. The flake and topcoat only look this clean if the concrete underneath is ready for them.

Rochester winters are hard on concrete.
Unsealed driveways soak up water and road salt. That’s what leads to pitting, scaling, and those pop-outs that never quite patch right.
We’re now offering professional silane-siloxane sealing for driveways, patios, and sidewalks.
It soaks into the concrete instead of sitting on top. No film. No peel. No slippery shine. Your driveway still looks like a driveway — it just handles winter better. Because it soaks in instead of sitting on top, it won’t peel when the plow comes through.

This garage in Irondequoit went from broken-up concrete to a clean, sealed floor.
We repaired the slab with Simiron poly grout mender, installed Simiron 1100 SL, broadcast Basalt flake, coated the side walls, and finished with a polyaspartic topcoat. Nonslip grit went in the topcoat so it’s safe when it’s wet.
Easy to sweep. Easy to wash. Built to handle daily use.
