Have you ever walked into a workplace where everything just feels right?

Chances are, it's more than the furniture that caught your attention. The lighting, acoustics, architectural details, and way the space flows all contribute to that experience.

At Blu Salmon, we look at how these elements work together, bringing architectural products and furnishings into the same design approach. The goal is to create a workplace that feels as good as it functions and continues to support the people who use it.

Beauty gets attention. Intention gives it staying power.
There is an art to creating a space that feels effortless. Behind that impression are deliberate choices in proportion, materials, furnishings, and function.

At Blu Salmon, every element has a reason to be there. The result is a space that looks extraordinary, feels intuitive, and performs with purpose.

Every great space begins with a conversation.

Before we select furniture, explore finishes, or develop a design concept, we want to understand the people behind the project.

At Blu Salmon, our process brings together discovery, creative thinking, and strategic planning to uncover what a space truly needs. From the first conversation to the final product selection, we consider how every element can support the way people work, collaborate, and feel in their environment.

The result? Thoughtfully planned spaces that reflect your vision while making everyday experiences better.

Design Differently. Think Blu.

Every space begins with the people inside it.

Before we pick a finish or specify a single chair, we take time to understand how people move through their day, where they do their best focused work, how they come together, and what they feel the moment they walk through the door. That understanding shapes every decision we make, so the finished space feels as good as it looks.

Connect work to the human experience.

Every workplace makes a statement.

The furniture, materials and architectural elements within it shape how people experience the space and how effectively that space performs.

Blu Salmon works with clients to make those decisions with clarity, bringing together commercial furniture, architectural products and integrated solutions for workplaces that feel considered from every angle.

Belonging is designed.
That sense of belonging does not happen by accident. It comes from understanding how people work, gather, focus, recharge, and move through a space every day. Blu Salmon brings those insights into every decision, from planning and furnishings to finishes and flow. The result is an environment that feels intuitive, purposeful, and personal.

A workspace is never just a workspace.

For Blu Salmon founder Teresa Dos Santos, NCIDQ, design starts with understanding people. The way they work. The way they move through a space. The way an environment can influence mood, creativity, and productivity.

Her peers have called her an “interior design psychologist,” a reflection of the way she approaches every project with intention.

We do not decorate spaces. We design belonging.

A well designed workplace begins long before the furniture arrives.

It begins with understanding how people work and choosing pieces, products and solutions that support what happens there every day.

Blu Salmon brings experience, perspective and a carefully curated portfolio to the table, helping clients move from possibilities to confident decisions.

From private offices to collaborative environments, we make the furniture conversation easier.

The fruits if our labor look pretty good.
We're celebrating something we know a little bit about: the work behind great design.

From the first concept to the final detail, creating a space takes vision, collaboration, problem-solving, and a whole lot of hard work.

Cycle Joint is one of those projects where the effort really paid off—bringing together industrial grit and wellness cool to create a space designed to energize, motivate, and move people.

Happy Labor Day from Blu Salmon. Design Differently.
