Congrats to local student Delaney Darton who picked up her winning prize for the best poster in 4-6 grade of the Vilas County Youth Conservation Poster & Speaking Contest earlier this year. She won a tray of 18 native plants from YW. The contest was facilitated by Cathy Higley and the Vilas County Land and Water Conservation Department. Thanks to Delaney for caring about conservation. She chose pollinator plants for a sunny spot and others for a more shady site. Happy planting!
