🏠 From Design Concept to Finished Exterior!

Take a look at this before-and-after! The photo on the right shows where this Philadelphia home started, and the photo on the left shows the finished exterior after the team at Mr. Contractor brought the homeowner’s vision to life.
The homeowner had already worked with a design service to develop a new look for the property. Our job was to take that design from paper to reality—and the transformation was significant.

We completely changed the character of the façade by combining modern horizontal siding, warm vertical wood-look accents, dark architectural siding and trim, and a new coordinated color palette. The contrasting materials add depth and dimension while the dark garage door, black balcony railings and trim, and green entry door tie the entire exterior together.

What was once a fairly plain white-and-gray façade now has a distinctive, contemporary architectural look that really stands out. It's a great example of how the right exterior renovation can do more than improve curb appeal—it can completely change how a home presents itself and add meaningful value to the property. Most importantly, the homeowner is thrilled with the finished project. Seeing a design on paper is one thing. Seeing it become your home is something completely different.
Another project we're proud to put the Mr. Contractor name on.

✨ Storage That Looks Like It Was Always Meant to Be! ✨

Check out this recent project completed by Mr. Contractor! We transformed these closets into clean, functional storage spaces designed to make the most of every available inch.

The finished closets feature custom-built shelving, hanging space, and plenty of organized storage, all finished in a crisp white that gives everything a bright, clean appearance. We also added interior lighting to illuminate the closets from above, making it much easier to see and access everything inside. The new paneled closet doors complete the transformation, giving the exterior a polished, updated look that blends beautifully with the existing trim and character of the home. What was once underutilized space is now organized, attractive, and genuinely useful storage — without taking away from the room itself.

Sometimes a great renovation isn't about adding square footage — it's about making the square footage you already have work better for you! Another project completed by Mr. Contractor — Making Homes Better Since 1949! 🏡
