The details matter! First and foremost, you should never paint your concrete coatings as it ruins it going forward. That’s a conversation for another post, but as you can see, when they painted it, they also painted the wall and the barbecue grill pan. They did not take their time to tape and clean up after they finished the job again because they painted something they should not have, which means they did not know what they were doing. Before you spend your harder money, make sure you get a couple of individuals quotes and opinions. Make sure they know what they’re doing and when they’re done, look at the details because the details matter.

Can Kool deck be painted? Absolutely although it’s like painting a glass window, you can paint it and the paint will stick, but for how long nobody knows. Unfortunately, Kool deck wears down overtime and it gets smooth and as any smooth surface paint does not want to stick to it so beware. Renew don’t redo and save.

Tree maintenance is so much more than just cutting pieces and parts off periodically, it’s the process of managing the growth, ensuring proper and consistent pruning, adjusting, and accounting for water needs throughout the seasons and simply making sure your tree has all that it needs to succeed. With an average tree replacement running into the tens of thousands of dollars doing it inproperly can be quite expensive if you have any questions about your trees and or their maintenance needs, let us know.

This is an example of somebody not looking at the surrounding area when taking into account trees, shrubs, and all the water that was going to be around these pavers. Instead of digging down and putting a good solid bed of material they just laid them in place and now is everything gets watered and grows. It is causing the pavers to move. Not an easy place to set a table and chairs if you want to enjoy the area. The details matter if you’re interested in getting it done right? Give us a call and we will get it done. Thank you.
