🧀🌶️ Cheesy Buffalo Ranch Chicken Bombs! 🌶️🧀
Looking for an easy, cheesy recipe with a little kick? 👀 These Buffalo Ranch Chicken Bombs are stuffed with seasoned ground chicken, cream cheese, and melty Colby Jack cheese, all wrapped up in golden crescent roll dough! 🤤
They’re perfect for game day, an easy lunch, a fun appetizer, or whenever you’re craving something cheesy and delicious! 🏈🙌
🛒 Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground chicken or ground turkey (you will likely have some extra meat to use later in other dishes!)
• 3 tbsp Cajin Girl Buffalo Ranch Seasoning (adjust to taste)
• 1 package large crescent rolls
• 4 oz cream cheese, cubed
• 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
• 3 tbsp avocado oil, or enough to lightly coat your skillet
• Optional: extra cheese for topping
👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add your ground chicken or turkey and Buffalo Ranch Seasoning. Cook until the meat is fully cooked and lightly browned.
3. Lay the crescent roll dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Gently press the seams together to create sections for filling.
4. Spoon the buffalo ranch chicken onto the dough and top with cream cheese cubes and shredded Colby Jack.
5. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch the edges closed. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
7. If you want extra cheesy goodness, sprinkle a little more Colby Jack on top during the last 2 minutes! 😍
✨ Gameday Tip: Want a little extra heat? Add diced jalapeños or a drizzle of hot sauce to the filling before sealing!
🍽️ Yield: Approximately 8 bombs, depending on the size you make them.
Serve warm with ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy! ❤️
Now tell me… would y’all serve these as a game-day appetizer, a quick lunch, or even dinner? 👇😋
