3 cups all-purpose flour
1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
3 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp ground ginger
1 can 100% pure pumpkin puree
2 large eggs
¾ cup vegetable oil
½ cup milk
