We’re grateful to Danny at “Specialized Hail & Dent Company” in Rogers, AR for the opportunity to help protect and extend the life of his parking lot.
He understands the importance of keeping the cracks sealed at the very least. Water degrades the base material and freeze cycles turn a single crack into a spiderweb of cracks that eventually turn to a full surface failure. Regular maintenance is required to add many more years to the service life of your asphalt parking lot or driveway.

We gave it the works.
Cleaned the cracks and sealed them up.
We broomed a fresh sealcoat finish and gave it some new parking stalls.
